Ingredients
Masala Chicken Balls with Curry Leaves

Chicken(minced by blender)640g pack .If you are vegetarian you can use boiled potatoes by following the same steps.

Red onions medium size-1 or 2

Cumin seeds-1 tsp

Dry red chillies-2

Lime-1
-
Panko bread crumbs-180 grams
-
Eggs-2
-
If you are vegetarian you can use plain flour to dip the potatoes balls-2 tbsp

Ginger and garlic paste-1 tsp
-
Olive oil-250 ml
-
Chilli powder-1 tsp
-
Black pepper-1 tsp
-
Desiccated cocount powder-2tsp(optional)

Salt-1 tsp
-
Turmeric-1 tsp
-
Curry leaves-2 stems
-
Coriander-3 stems
-
Mint leaves-3 stems
-
Chat masala powder-1 tsp
-
Garam masala powder-1tsp
-
Coriander powder-1tsp

Mint sauce
-
Coriander -3 to 4 stems
-
Mint - 2 to 3 stems
-
Salt-1 tsp
-
Chat masala powder-1 tsp

Coriander powder-1 tsp

Water-small cup

Yogurt -3 tbsp
Homemade healthy peas, mint, coriander mash on side.
Ingredient's: Peas Mash

Peas-fresh 160g or frozen one cup cooked and keep it ready

Chop 1 shallot ,1 garlic clove, few mint leaves, coriander leaves

Cook the onions ,garlic, mint ,coriander in two tsp of olive oil
-
Add in Salt-1 tsp ,1 pinch black pepper and squeeze in 1 lime
-
Blend altogether in a blender to a smooth paste and enjoy with chicken balls taste yummy

Chick Pea Salad
Ingredients

​Cooked Chick pea-1 tin 400g remove the water and rise it with fresh water .

Add in a bowl with chopped one medium size red onion, 1 medium size tomato few coriander leaves all chopped into small pieces.

1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp olive oil ,1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper 1 squeezed lime juice .Mix altogether
Method;

First mince the chicken in blender and keep it in a bowl.

Chop one onion into small dice and add it into chicken mix.

Add in salt, black pepper ,garam masala ,chilli power, finely chopped coriander, mint, ginger and garlic paste, finely chopped onions, coriander powder

Mix all together well with chicken .Now make small round balls .keep on the side for 10 minutes.

Now break two eggs into a bowl add pinch of salt, black pepper, pinch of chilli power mix well .

Vegetarians you can mix plain flour in a bowl adding bit of water, pinch of salt, black pepper ,pinch of chilli powder and mix all together well .Keep the panko bread crumbs also ready in a plate with adding one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper, one pinch of chilli power to role in potatoes balls before you fry

Mix panko bread crumbs in a plate adding one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper, one pinch of chilli powder ,two tsp of dry coconut powder mix all well to role in our chicken balls before you fry.

Heat a pan with oil in medium flame .once the oil is heated add in curry leaves ,cumin seeds ,thin sliced onions fry them for few seconds take them into the bowl .Leave some in pan so the amazing aroma goes into the balls.

If you are doing both veg and meat once .If you want to you can use same pan for both .Fry the veg balls first and use the same pan to fry the meat balls adding some more oil to the pan .Dip the chicken balls one by one into egg mix and dropping them in bread crumbs role nicely drop the chicken balls slowly into the pan. Only add few at a time depend on your pan size.

Are simply use different pans for veg and meat following the same steps

Slowly keep turning the balls now and then until they fry nicely into golden brown colour.

Just add four or five chicken balls at a time to fry .Don't pack the pan with to many chicken balls

Once they all cooked nicely take them out into a plate with kitchen tissue .Add in curry fried curry leaves, cumin seeds .

Switch off the flame .yummy mouth watering chicken balls and potatoes balls are ready to enjoy hot hot .garnish with finely chopped coriander ,thin sliced onion and sliced lime.

Enjoy with friends ,family you can take them to picnic or park, have it with ciabatta bread taste amazing .On its own with my homemade mint yogurt sauce and fresh peas mash .

Mint sauce :Take a few mint leaves ,chopped coriander add it in a chopper or blender with pinch of coriander power, salt, black pepper, chat masala powder, blend it together into a smooth paste you may need to add in bit of water and take it in a bowl .Now mix in yogurt .I always use organic yogurt its taste best mix well ..yum yum healthy mint yogurt is ready .keep in fridge use it when you need it. your children will love it as a sauce with any meat dish try it. i always make it and keep it in fridge my children love it have with so many dishes.

Cooked chick pea salad :one tin chick pea cane .Remove the liquid and rise it well with water. Add it in a bowl with chopped coriander, tomatoes, red onion, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt, black pepper ,olive oil, lime juice .simple but very healthy with yum tasty

Peas, mint, coriander, shallot, garlic, salt, black pepper mash: Heat a pan with olive oil in medium flame .Add in the ingredients and cook all together and blend it to smooth paste and enjoy with amazing chicken ball or potatoes balls
My family enjoy them with touch of lime juice and with thinly sliced red onion and having peas mash on side .yum yum.
